Stephen started in the motor industry in 1988 working in independent garages before moving into the dealer environment with Glenvarigill Porsche, Ferrari, Maseratti, Chrysler/Jeep. He progressed his way into the position of workshop foreman before moving into the Audi dealership. In 2002 Stephen was picked to be in the first group of Technicians to attend a Master Technician training programme set out by Audi AG. After an intensive 6 week training course Stephen passed with flying colours. In 2006 Stephen passed the independently regulated ATA assessment at Master level and was elected as a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry. During his time with Audi, Stephen held a license given by Audi to oversee warranty repairs on the following models. A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A8, TT, Q7, R8, S and RS. Stephen's knowledge and experience is second to none and rivals both main dealers and independent garages.
David started in the motor industry in 1995 completing his apprenticeship with Nissan. He further progressed his knowledge and expertise of Japanese brand vehicles with Toyota in a main dealer setting. Davids own interest in the VAG brand led to the natural progression of his career path into VAG branded dealerships, this began with Seat before progressing onto Audi. During his time with Audi, David completed several intensive training courses as set out by Audi AG to allow David to specialise in the service and maintenance of the top of the range R and RS marques, focusing on the diagnosis and repair of the complex electrical and mechanical systems found on the Audi S4 S6 S8 and RS4 RS6 models and the top of the range R8 David further progressed to attaining certification from Audi AG to allow him to become the recognised engine and gearbox specialist for the S & RS marques. Davids knowledge and experience of high performance VAG vehicles cannot be be matched by independent garages and rivals current main dealer trained technicians.
Both David and Steven are committed to continuous professional development with both attending and completing various training programmes with our diagnostic software and systems providers Autologic and Bosch, with further courses attended and completed with VAG UK allowing a constant and up to date knowledge and understanding of the ever increasing complex systems on the very latest VAG vehicles.
